International and Bilingual School Educators Association
International and Bilingual School Educators Association Guided by the philosophy of "integrating educational wisdom and supporting the weak and the wise," the aims and objectives of the association are as follows:
To promote the development of international and bilingual education in the Greater China region (including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan) and around the world, to explore the integration and innovation of international and local curricula, and to advance the application of cutting-edge educational technology.
To share cultural identity, care for the community, and support the weak and the wise.
Specifically, by organizing conferences and forums, building platforms for collaborative educational research, organizing teacher training, mining industry data, funding exchanges for teachers and students, guiding teachers and students in international competitions, beneficial study tour projects for student development, promoting educational technology, conducting public welfare publicity, and constructing digital service platforms, among other activities and approaches to serve the public.
The International Bilingual Expert Education Management
The International Bilingual Expert Education Management, abbreviated as IBE, was registered in Hong Kong in 2014 to recruit educational talents from top global international and bilingual schools. IBE specializes in school management, integrated curriculum development, teacher training, international student competitions, quality education projects for students, and educational research and publishing, combining resources and providing services in these areas. IBE adheres to an open-minded philosophy, aiming to cultivate global citizens and reflective and practical knowledge users.
The core management team of IBE possesses experience in serving as principals or in management roles at top international or bilingual schools in Asia and Europe, as well as extensive experience in international study tours and higher education counselling.
After nearly a decade of development, IBE has participated in the establishment and management of dozens of international schools and kindergartens in provinces and cities such as Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Guangdong, and Shandong. It has provided teacher training for integrated international curricula to more than 100 schools in Greater China, serving over ten thousand teachers and school administrators. In addition, IBE offers a range of international education programs for students, including:
● The Global Chinese Writing Competition for Young Writers
● IBE Excellence Programs for International School Students— an international study tour project that respects multiculturalism, inspires creativity and benefits the community.
● International Education Counselling — offers educational pathways from international early childhood education to undergraduate studies, including from kindergarten to high school, associate to bachelor is degrees, and master is and doctoral studies. It also continues to assist Chinese families with educational and residency planning services in Hong Kong.

Dr Zhengwei Wei

Chairman of the Committee

    Dr. Wei started his association with IBO as its Examiner Responsible for Chinese A1 while he was studying at the University of Edinburgh, UK. Later he was elected as the Chief Examiners’ Representative for hexogen group 1 and acted as a member of the Examining Board and the Diploma Review Committee, the IB Recognition Ambassador, the IB Workshop Leader and Online Facilitator. In the past 30 years, he has attended IB meetings for the IB Diploma programme’s curriculum development and assessment policy making as well as the IBO’s strategic planning, and given lectures and keynote speeches on IB related topics worldwide. In 2010, he returned to China to work at several international schools as the founder, the Principal, the Director for Development and other leadership roles. In addition, he currently sits on the advisory board for several institutions and is one of the co-founders of Chinese International Educators Association.

Ms. Ning DONG (MPhil., M.A., B.A.)

Chief Judge

    Ms Ning Dong received a BA and MA in Chinese Language and Literature, in China and an MPhil in Chinese Studies of University of Sydney. With over 40 years of teaching and working experience in the Chinese language and literature fields, she has worked as a lecturer for university students, and teacher and curriculum coordinator for students at the secondary school level. In terms of management experience, she was a deputy principal of South China International School in Shanxi China and the Principal of Chinese School in Sydney, Australia.  She has been involved with the teaching and development of the International Baccalaureate program in Chinese, having taught Chinese Literature and Language and Literature courses in Sydney and Hong Kong for decades. She has been the Head of Chinese at Renaissance College, Hong Kong. She was the Curriculum & Training Director of EIM Wo Hui Pte. Ltd. Currently, she is the Principal of Datong Chinese School in Sydney. Ms Ning Dong is the author of many textbooks for the International Baccalaureate IBDP curriculum. These books have become popular among IB Chinese instructors as they filled a key gap in teaching material for the curriculum. She is also the author of IB Middle Years Program Chinese Language and Literature Textbooks. The publication of the teaching materials has effectively promoted the development and prosperity of IBMYP Chinese teaching.

Wesley HAN Wei

Secretary-General

    Founder of International Bilingual Experts Education Management (IBE) 

    Founder of Internationalization and Bilingual School Education Association

    With work experience in various international schools in Hong Kong, the mainland, and overseas, Wesley is the co-founder or advisor of several international schools in Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Guangdong, and Shandong provinces. To solve the development pain points of international schools, Wesley has organized training for thousands of Chinese and foreign teachers, managers, and head teachers, focusing on developing integrated international curricula with Chinese national curricula or Hong Kong curricula. Wesley and his team are based in Hong Kong and continue to provide professional planning for Chinese families regarding Hong Kong identity and international education, covering pre-school to high school, associate to undergraduate, and providing high-quality international and characteristic study trips and projects for schools and students.


Zhang Qian

Vice-Chair of the Committee

    Zhang Qian, graduated from the major of Chinese language and literature education of Capital Normal University, has been engaged in Chinese education for 19 years and has won the title of senior Chinese teacher. She once worked in Beijing Xicheng key middle school for many years, as grade leader and preparation leader. Now she works in Beijing Haidian Kaiwen Academy and serves as the head of the Chinese Language Arts department of the secondary school. Zhang Qian pays attention to cultivating students' reading universality and speculative ability and is committed to cultivating students' innovative thinking and critical thinking in the teaching practice of reading and writing. Her teaching philosophy of equality and respect and friendly and natural teaching style are deeply loved by students.

Dr. Isabella Lei

Vice-Chair of the Committee

    Isabelle Lei obtained her doctoral degree in Chinese classic literature. She was the Chinese teacher and Chinese Department Head at Tsinghua International School and compiled the school-based Chinese textbook -The Outstanding Works Of Tsinghua Scholars. Later she joined Shenzhen Huitong School, played the roles as the Head of Chinese Department and the Deputy Division Head of Lower & Middle School, devoted herself to the integration and practice of the Chinese national curriculum and western education concepts and methods, aimed to build a profound and dynamic Chinese curriculum system. After that, she worked in Shanghai a period of time for interdisciplinary project research and teaching. Currently she is working in Beijing Keystone Academy.


Ms. Wu Jing

Vice-Chair of the Committee

    Ms. Wu Jing worked at Tsinghua University for its IUP Program and then  the International School of Beijing Shunyi for its Middle school Chinese program  and IB DP programmes for more than 20 years. She has obtained and accumulated rich experiences in curriculum design, teaching planning as well as assessment from these duties. In recent years, she has been serving as the coach and supervisor of the teachers and overlooking the standard for several bilingual schools to ensure the smooth integration and implementation of their curriculums . In addition, she is also an authorised IB School Visit Team Leader, Examiner and Workshop Leader, and continues to participate in the international education programmes of some Chinese schools as a senior educator.

LIU Xiangyu Anna

    Anna graduated from The University of HongKong with “Distinction”, earned “Dean’s Honors List Awards”. Holding Certificate in School Management and Leadership from Harvard University, TSCL and TESCL Certificate from Columbia University Teacher’s College.Working as Chinese Immersion Curriculum Coordinator and facilitator of International Education Teaching Center. Ms. Liu has rich experience in bilingual education, curriculum design, teacher training, Parent academy. She has facilitated different workshops and trainings for public and international schools. Ms. Liu has collaborated with PYP founder Kevin Bartlett to design bilingual curriculum.

International Principals' Story-sharing
The International Principals' Story-sharing is committed to building a high-end interactive platform, inviting outstanding school principals worldwide to share their insights and successful educational experiences.
Expert Lectures
The Expert Lectures utilizes internet live streaming technology ,aim to enrich and enhance the participants' skills in Chinese writing, knowledge of Chinese history and culture, and comprehensive language literacy, adopting a broad teaching approach.
Expression Skills Course
The Expression Skills Course aims to comprehensively improve participants' literacy writing competency. The course content uses an inclusive teaching methodology to cover multiple dimensions, including writing skills and emotional expression.
Study Tours
We will offer a variety of study trips, such as the writing camp on colour theme, a Chinese literary, history and geography study trip, the Chinese summer camp for international students, etc. Participants can deepen their understanding and apply the knowledge they have learned through practical experience.
