Shirley Chen

Academic coordinator of an IB school, focusing on the academic side of Elementary School. I have a deep passion for children's literature and have dedicated many years to creating and disseminating outstanding works in this field. My experience as an editor for the "Oriental Education Times" has given me a profound understanding of various aspects of education. Additionally, I am honored to serve as a distinguished judge for the "International Chinese Picture Book" competition, which provides me with an opportunity to grow alongside young creators.

I believe that every child possesses unique talents and creativity. I look forward to judging the IBE Chinese writing competitions with fairness and professionalism, helping each participant showcase their abilities. 

My aim is to create a supportive and encouraging environment where students can freely express their thoughts and ideas.
